Mike Kindred Blues Trio

Mike Kindred

Mike Kindred is no ordinary blues pianist. Over the past thirty odd years he has penned a blues classic, worked with blues legends Stevie Ray and Jimmie Vaughan, Lou Ann Barton, Lightnin' Hopkins, Big Mama Thornton, James Cotton, Johnny "Clyde" Copeland, Gatemouth Brown and Delbert McClinton. A stint with the incredible Joe Ely band of the early 80's saw him working across North America and Europe sharing stages with the likes of The Rolling Stones, Linda Ronstadt and The Clash. Through it all he has developed and maintained a unique, "personal" style that transcends traditional blues borders by incorporating elements of jazz, gospel and rock.

Joe Fonda

As a blues musician Joe Fonda was on tour with "Sweet Daddy Cool Breeze" for more than 5 years; with him also legends like Buddy Guy, Koko Taylor und Los Lobos. and he toured for 3 years with Debbie Davies. As an accomplished international Jazz artist, Fonda has performed with his own ensembles throughout the United States and Europe, and as a side man with Archie Shepp, Ken McIntyre, Lou Donaldson, Bill and Kenny Barron, Leo Smith, Perry Robinson, Dave Douglas, Curtis Fuller, Mark Whitecage, Marion Brown, and Bill Dixon.

Emil Gross

The 23-years-young drumming breeze from Austria, actively at home in the tension area between funk, rock, drum&bass, jazz, avant-garde – turns his internal processes straight into tension-loaded, sensitive rhythmic spaces creating innovative sound spheres. Emil Gross toured with Debbie Davies over 3 years, but present he also plays underground psychedelic blues with EBC - Electric Blues Circus, reggae, jazz and avantgarde.
